Did I do okay so far?

Honey comb? I think a Kashi bar might be a better alternative. More nutrition. They are my favorites. I have to tell you though. I had a heck of a time dropping from 165 to 155. I was eating a tad more than you perhaps but not much more. The trick is burning the calories. That requires lots of exercise. If you are able, running 3 miles 3 times a week will help. I can't run any more. Arthritis in my hip from running when I was younger.
